Arsenal Vs Huddersfield Match Report And Players Ratings And Man Of The Match

A great win for Arsenal and what a night for Arsenal fans! Arsenal trashed Huddersfield Town 4-0 within minutes after Lacazette, Giroud, Sanchez, and Ozil scored for Arsenal.

Arsenal was so shaky in the first half and the performance was full of mistakes, but the second half was totally opposite, and Arsenal score three goals in the second half within 5 minutes.



We will rate our players after every match, here is Arsenal Insider players ratings:


Petr Cech: Made a couple of good saves and kept a clean sheet. 9/10

Laurent Koscielny: A bit shaky today, some good moments though. 6/10

Nacho Monreal:  Nothing much to do. Calm match for the Spaniard. 6/10

Shkodran Mustafi: Good, his clearance on the 37th minute was going to give Huddersfield Town a penalty 6/10

Hector Bellerin: Not the best form of Bellerin. His performances are getting worse recently. 5/10

Sead Kolasinac: Missed several chances in front of the net. Not his day to score, but defended well. 5/10

Granit Xhaka: Shaky today as well. 6/10

Aaron Ramsey:  Good performance and assist. 7/10

Mesut Ozil:  An assist and a goal, amazing performance in the second half. 8/10

Alexis Sanchez: We saw him sometimes, and sometimes was dangerous, especially in the second half, but was nervous today. However, contributed to Arsenal goals and scored a goal. 6 /10

Alexander Lacazette: One great goal and great movement without the ball as well, he even as helping in the defense. Got subbed between the two halves. We hope it’s not due to an injury…. 6/10



Jack Wilshere:  Brought some creativity to the midfield. 5/10
Danny Welbeck: Tried to go forward and help to score more. 5/10
Oliver Giroud: Typical Giroud, he shines and wastes chances in the same match, but scored two important goals. 7/10

Man of the match: It’s hard to choose, several players shined in the second home. I think Ozil and Sanchez where the best today, they both deserve it. On the other hand, Oliver Giroud scored twice. Choosing the man of the match will be difficult today.

Arsene Wenger (manager): A bad first half, but fixed the mistakes in the second half and rested the key players for Man United’s match. We hope taking off Lacazette was to rest him too as well. 7/10
