BAD NEWS… Oliver Giroud Confirms His Injury With France

Arsenal will have a hard time coping without an important player in the upcoming matches in the Premier League and Europa League as Arsene Wenger received an injury blow regarding their star.

Oliver Giroud is reported injured after scoring France’s winning goal against Wales on the 71th minute, and getting subbed off on the 73rd due to an injury he picked up while scoring the goal.

According to the French journal,Lequipe,  Oliver Giroud said in a post match interview that he was suffering from an injury before even starting the match, which is suspected since he collapsed in training two days ago, but after scoring the goal the injury got worse.

Oliver Giroud was spotted wearing an ice pack on his thigh after getting subbed off, and he said in the interview that he may not be able to play the upcoming match with The Blues, France’s national team, against Germany in a preparation for the World Cup next year, 2018, in Russia.

Oliver Giroud said when he was asked about playing against Germany:”It will be difficult to play.” Giroud continued:” It’s a small muscular injury, I had to take two inflammation pills to be able to play. I can’t tell you more about Tuesday, against Germany”

Knowing that Giroud scored his 29th goal for his national team, France, and became all the 7th top goal scorer before he gets subbed off in the 73rd minute for his Arsenal team mate, Alexander Lacazette, and Giroud may be a major doubt for Tottenham’s match, and KOLN’s match in Europa League as well, where Wenger is depending on him as the only striker.
