According to Football365 and The Sun, Hector Bellerin was on the edge of leaving Arsenal and the deal failed just hours before closing the summer transfer windows.
Bellerin was almost going to join Europe’s giant, Juventus, but Arsenal rejected Juventus’s deal before the transfer window closed. Juventus offered around 40M Euros in order to sign the Spanish right back this summer.
The deal failed yesterday,Thursday, due to Chamberlains transfer to Liverpool, who plays also as a right wing in new Wenger’s formation 3-4-3.
Juventus is looking to sign a right back/right wing after the departure of the Brazilian experienced right back, Dani Alves, to PSG.
Bellerin has played 33 games with Arsenal last season and several clubs showed interest in him such as Juventus, Barcelona, Manchester City, and others.
