Arsenal’s striker, Oliver Giroud, was pictured laying down on the pitch and holding his leg in pain during his national team, France, training session today, Monday.
Oliver Giroud is suspected to be injured with his national team after falling on the pitch during the training and looked in severe pain. It’s not confirmed whether the French man will be able to play the two friendly matches, or will be ruled out due to an injury, knowing that some reports say that Giroud was able to continued the training with his teammates after a while from laying on the pitch.
Oliver Giroud, 31 years old, isn’t starting regularly with Arsenal this season in the Premier League, but was coming off the bench in 10 matches this season. Arsene Wenger is starting Giroud in the EFL Cup matches and Europa League matches after the arrival of his national team teammate, Alexander Lacazette this summer with a record fee in Arsenal’s history.
France will play two friendly matches on Friday the 10th of November at home against Wales, and on the 14th of November away against Germany.
