Giroud Breaks Man United’s Number, And Get Into Premier League History

The French striker, Oliver Giroud, has got into the Premier League history after his goals against Huddersfield Town in the Premier League Matchday 14.


According to Sky Sports, Oliver Giroud has broken Manchester United’s legend, Erc Cantona, record as the fourth French player in the Premier League with the most goals with 72 goals in the Premier League, and 70 goals for Manchester United’s legend.

The list of the most goals for French players is leading it Arsenal’s legend, Thierry Henry, with 175 goals, and the second is the French player Nicolas Anelka who played for several big clubs such as Arsenal FC, Chelsea FC, Manchester City, Liverpool FC, West Bromwich Albion, Bolton Wanderers, Real Madrid, Paris Saint Germain, and many other teams with 125 Premier League goals.

While the third place is taken by Louis Saha with 85 goals he scored with several big teams such as Manchester United.

Oliver Giroud helped Arsenal win yesterday 5-0 against Huddersfield Town after scoring two goals in the second half after replacing his France’s teammate, Alexander Lacazette, during the halftime after picking up an injury.
