Koscielny: I Will RETIRE In 2018 The National Duty

Laurent Koscielny, Arsenal’s central defender and vice captain, has officially announced his retirement date after reaching the age of 33 years old next year.



Laurent Koscielnly has said in a press conference ahead of France’s friendly match against Wales to prepare for the world cup next year, 2018, in Russia:” Everything has an end, after the World Cup I will be around 33 years old, and it will be the time to go.”

Laurent Koscielny continued:” I still have six months left with my national team, France, I will try to do my best and have the best memories”

Laurent Koscielnly has made his national team debut with France in November 2011, almost 6 years ago exactly, and played 48 matches so far and will be eyeing to play his 50th match for his national team with the upcoming two matches France will play against Wales and Germany.
