The Premier League London based giant club, Arsenal FC, has officially announced a new contract signing during this summer transfer windows for a midfielder where the midfielder has signed a five years contract which will keep him at the Emirates Stadium until 2023.
The north London club, Arsenal FC, has just announced one signing so far during the summer transfer windows for the Swiss international defender, Stephan Lichtsteiner, who signed for free from the Italian club, Juventus FC, where Stephan Lichtsteiner is Arsenal’s only signing so far ahead of next season.
Arsenal are expected to sign more players, especially midfielders and defenders to help to enhance the team where Arsenal are facing issues with the defensive line in the midfield and in the last defense line, including the goalkeeper’s position.
However, Arsenal have officially announced on their official website and social media accounts that the Swiss international midfielder, Granit Xhaka, has officially signed a new five years contract with the Premier League club where Granit Xhaka will be staying at Arsenal FC until 2023 after arriving two seasons ago from the German Bundesliga under Arsene Wenger for one of Arsenal’s most expensive transfer back then.
Knowing that Granit Xhaka was criticized last season due to his shaky performances in the Premier League where he committed several mistakes, but the new manager, Unai Emery, sees that he can be one of Arsenal’s key players in the coming seasons.
