The results of the PFA Bristol Street Motors player of the month has been revealed, and Arsenal’s player, Nacho Monreal, has officially voted by the football fans in United Kingdom as the player of the month for October.
The Spanish defender, Nacho Monreal, has won 37 per cent of the vote and then followed by Manchester City’s player, Kevin De Bruyne.
Nacho Monreal was one of the key players in Arsenal during the month of October where he was a solid defender, and also a goalscorer where he scored two goals in October against Everton and Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League, and one of the goals was Nacho Monrea’s first goal ever in the Premier League at home, Emirates Stadium, since he joined Arsenal back in 2013 coming from La Liga side, Malaga.
However, Nacho Monreal had a poor performance against Manchester City in the Premier League on Sunday, where he was played in a new central half defender, unlike he’s recent new position as a central defender in the three in the back formation, and gave a penalty to Manchester City in the 3-1 win over Arsenal.
Congratulations Monreal! COYG!!
