Arsenal will play tomorrow, Thursday, against the Serbian side, Red Star Belgrade, on the Emirates stadium with some injuries hitting the team, especially in the defensive line. David Ospina was one of the main absences in the Europa League and EFL Cup since two weeks.
Arsene Wenger has provided an injury update on David Ospina and his chances of playing against Red Grade Belgrade tomorrow. Wenger said that Ospina is suffering from a groin problem since the 14th of October, last away match against Watford. However, Wenger said that David Ospina has a chance to play against the Red Star Belgrade.
Arsene Wenger said in a pre match conference: “Ospina is not very bad, he has a grade one groin injury, so it’s just a couple of weeks. He has a chance to be available against Red Star Belgrade on Thursday.”
Knowing that in the previous two matches Cech had to start in the Europa League against Red Star Belgrade away where Arsenal won 1-0, and Macey in the EFL Cup against Norwich City which Arsenal won 2-1.
